The 5-Stage Laundry & Hire Journey
Every roll cage and hamper follows a strictly monitored operational cycle designed to maintain continuous inventory flow and hotel-standard quality.

Venue Onboarding & Par-Stock Assessment
We start by calculating your exact linen rotation to ensure you never run short during changeovers or peak weekend service.
Every hospitality property operates differently. Our operations team works with your general manager or head housekeeper to assess room counts, bed configurations, table turns, or dining cover capacity. We establish a dedicated 3-par or 4-par stock model tailored to your schedule, guaranteeing fresh linen is always resting on your shelves while soiled batches are in transit.
- No upfront linen purchasing costs — managed hire eliminates stock capital outlay.
- Dedicated stock allocations tailored to your linen specification and sizes.
- Direct consultation with central plant logistics managers at Unit 3 Hanford Way.

Scheduled Soiled Hamper Collection
Clean, reliable collection routines executed by our fleet drivers with zero disruption to your guests.
On your agreed delivery days, our uniformed route driver arrives directly at your venue. Soiled linen is collected from your designated laundry cupboards or kitchen drop points using heavy-duty, colour-coded commercial hampers or roll cages. We provide clear, itemised collection manifests so you have total inventory accountability at every turnover.
- Driver drop-off and collection timed around your morning housekeeping rotations.
- Colour-coded commercial sacks separating bedroom linen, towels, and food & beverage items.
- Seamless roll cage exchange minimizing manual lifting for your onsite team.

Industrial Sorting, Thermal Wash & Disinfection
High-capacity commercial washer-extractors and computerised thermal disinfection cycles.
Arriving at our central Loughborough plant, all textiles are weighed, categorised by fabric density, and inspected for stains. Wash batches run through industrial commercial washers using precise, automated multi-stage detergent dosing. Thermal disinfection wash cycles maintain controlled high temperatures to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and tough stains while preserving fabric softness and tensile strength.
- Rigorous thermal washing matching commercial hospitality hygiene standards.
- Specialised pre-wash soaking and stain-removal formulas for restaurant grease and wine.
- Batch temperature telemetry guaranteeing sanitised, hygienic linen presentation.

Industrial Flatwork Ironing & Quality Inspection
High-speed rotary roller ironers providing the crisp, smooth finish expected in 5-star hospitality.
Once washed and gently dried in commercial tumbler units, flatwork linen (bedsheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and table linens) is processed through wide industrial roller ironers. Combining high-temperature steam and calibrated roller tension, this process smooths out all creases and produces crisp, flat hospital-grade folds. Every item passes an active visual inspection station to divert any imperfect stock before packaging.
- Crisp, pristine presentation that enhances guest reviews and table settings.
- Automatic withdrawal and replacement of any worn, fraying, or stained linen.
- Towels dried in reverse-action commercial dryers to maintain high pile absorbency.

Protective Packaging & Direct Storeroom Delivery
Neatly bundle-packed and returned inside sanitised transit hampers ready for immediate bed-making.
Clean, pressed linen is sorted, tied into uniform size bundles, and packed inside protective poly-wrap or clean sanitised hamper bags. Our delivery vehicles return the linen directly to your venue, placing roll cages and hampers inside your housekeeping rooms or linen stores. Your staff can immediately begin dressing beds and setting tables with confidence.
- Packaged to protect linen from weather, dust, and transit handling.
- Uniform bundle counts simplify housekeeping stock checks and linen cupboard audits.
- Consistent handover by familiar route drivers who know your building access rules.

Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions about par levels, collection protocols, or contracts? Here are the most common questions from hotel and restaurant managers.
How does the collection and delivery schedule work?
We agree on fixed scheduled collection days (e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday or daily morning drops for high-volume hotels). Our driver arrives during your designated delivery window, drops fresh stock directly in your linen room, and collects soiled hampers.
What is the difference between Linen Hire and Commercial Laundry (COG)?
With Linen Hire, we provide and own the linen stock — you pay a straightforward hire rate with no capital investment, and we replace worn items automatically. With Commercial Laundry (Customer-Owned Goods), we wash and press the linen you already own, keeping your items separated and returned to you.
What happens if linen gets permanently stained or damaged?
Under our managed linen hire contracts, normal commercial wear-and-tear is covered and items are cycled out and replaced automatically at our plant. For heavily abused items (e.g. shoe polish, hair dye, or kitchen burns), our operations manifest logs the discrepancy with clear photographic records.
How do you handle peak holiday periods and sudden booking spikes?
Our central plant operates 6 days a week with extra capacity built in. When you anticipate higher occupancy or large banquet events, notify us a few days in advance and we scale up your delivery quantities from our central reserve.
Do your drivers deliver inside our building or is it kerbside only?
We provide direct internal delivery. Our drivers are assigned dedicated routes and familiarise themselves with your venue's delivery access, key codes, and designated linen cupboards, ensuring roll cages are positioned where your housekeeping staff need them.
